How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–10 business days before shipment. Delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier, shipping carrier, and destination.
Do you ship outside the United States?
PranksPlus currently ships to customers in the United States.
Will all items in my order arrive together?
Not always. Some items may ship separately if they come from different suppliers or warehouses. This means you may receive more than one package or tracking update.
Do you accept returns?
We generally do not accept physical returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first. Do not send any item back unless we specifically ask you to do so.
Can I get a refund or replacement?
Refunds or replacements may be considered if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, confirmed lost, or cannot be fulfilled.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may not be cancellable once they have been processed or sent to a supplier for fulfillment. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing has started.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may not be able to redirect, recover, or replace the package after it has shipped.
