Shipping Policy

PranksPlus currently ships orders to customers in the United States.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–10 business days before shipment. Processing time may vary depending on the product, supplier, warehouse, order volume, and fulfillment status.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by product, supplier, shipping carrier, and destination. Estimated delivery times may be shown on the product page, at checkout, or in your tracking information when available.

Because some products may ship from different suppliers or warehouses, delivery times may not be the same for every item.

Separate Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately. This means you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking update.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays can sometimes happen due to carrier delays, supplier processing times, customs processing, holidays, weather, high order volume, or other issues outside our control.

If there is a significant delay before your order ships, we may contact you with an update. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, PranksPlus may not be able to redirect, recover, or replace the package after it has shipped.

Orders That Have Not Arrived

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will review the tracking information and help determine the next steps.
