At PranksPlus, we want customers to receive the items they ordered in good condition. Because we sell novelty, gag, and prank products through online fulfillment, we generally do not accept physical returns.
No Routine Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, personal preference, or because a customer no longer wants the item.
In most cases, customers do not need to return an item to receive help with an order issue. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first. Do not send any item back unless we specifically ask you to do so.
Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be considered if:
• The item arrives damaged.
• The item is defective.
• The wrong item was sent.
• An item is missing from your order.
• The order is confirmed lost.
• The order cannot be fulfilled.
To request help with an order issue, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number.
• A clear description of the issue.
• Photos or videos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item, if applicable.
• Photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a refund, replacement, store credit, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.
Situations Not Eligible for Refunds
Refunds are not offered for the following situations:
• You changed your mind after placing an order.
• You no longer want the item.
• You ordered the wrong item, size, colour, or quantity.
• You entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
• You expected the item to be different from the product listing, but the listing was accurate.
• The item is still in transit within the stated or estimated delivery window.
Orders That Do Not Arrive
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and help determine the next steps.
If an order is confirmed lost or cannot be fulfilled, we may issue a refund or replacement.
Cancellations
Orders may not be cancellable once they have been processed or sent to a supplier for fulfillment. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing.
